first place to check is at the ballast resistor, turn key on and check
with a test light, if it lights on all contacks the next check is to see if it
still has power on it while cranking the engine, that is the most common
problem with an add on kit,,,,,,,

having some kind of electrical issue with my 64 Polara convertible(again).
I'm looking for some kind of reference that will tell me what voltages I
should have at each connection in the bulkhead connector and the engine
wiring with Mopar electronic ignition. It has a brand new coil,
ignition box x3(2 used & a new) and distributor x3(last one was
straight out of the box) but won't run. If you put a timing light on a
wire, it shows inconsistent spark. Spark coming out of the coil is orange,
not a hot blue. Today, just to rule out a timing problem, like a jumped
chain, I tossed in a points dizzy hot-wired to the battery. Fired up and
ran fine.
