Re: Speaking of power steering...

Thanks for the good discussion. Many projects do not go as smoothly as what your get the impression when you read the major Mopar magazines! It is a nice reminder to learn about how a regular project is going.

The overboost valve can be changed relatively easily on Saginaw pumps. TRW and Federal-M pumps not as easy.
There is a link to a "how to" article on the 62-65 Tech page.

There is a "Barracuda Owners Group" on Yahoo for 67-69 Fish. BOG is probably that, I guess.

As for spending too much time on Mopar web sites...true somewhat, but one good tip or "how to" from a Web source can save hours of futile wrenching, not to mention help in finding parts. Most importantly is the opportunity to get to know and gab with Mopar fans from all over the world. Hard to put a $ figure on the value of that. My dos pennies.

Thanks,
Gary H.

Please address private email -- email of interest to only one person -- directly to that person. That is, email your parts/car transactions and negotiations, as well as other personal messages, only to the intended recipient. Do not just press "reply" and send your email to everyone using the general '62-'65 Clubhouse public email address. This practice will protect your privacy, reduce the total volume of mail and fine-tune the content signal to Mopar topic. Thanks!
