No, as Dodger noted. The 1962 Polara is a B-body. It's a pretty rare car nowadays. 

The "total contact brakes' (TCB) seem to have one thing in common with a 1962 b-body Dodge -- people either like them or don't like them. :) 

Did you get a chance to look at the video  http://youtu.be/LbLIIdgQhjc link? The narrator is enthusiastic about those TCB brakes.
