You can send a sample to Restoration Specialties and they will try to match.  I did that with the roof edge clips on my 63 SF.  But they were not able to match.

From the lower rear qtr trim on my wagon.  Fits in 5/16" holes in the qtr - measures .60 wide x 1.12 long.

 

Think the install will work better with fresh clips!
