Location: Wyoming | Does someone have a diagram of how a Dodge 325 oil flows? I’m looking for a picture of the block with a representation of how the oil flows inside the block. I’ve read the description in my factory service manual, but it’s not very clear. I’m sure I’ve seen this diagram somewhere but cannot locate it now. Thanks in advance. |

Location: So. Cal | You didn't specify if it is a poly or hemi, but the only difference is oil doesn't transfer to the other bank of rockers. I was going to scan a picture of the Dodge hemi diagram, but didn't because I realized it's exactly the same as the Chrysler hemi diagram. So ignore that it doesn't include the Dodge in the description. This diagram doesn't describe the check valve. Essentially, there is a check valve in the path from the pump to the filter. When opened, it will bypass the oil directly to the crankshaft. That bypass path isn't shown here for some reason.

Location: Wyoming | Thank you for the diagram. If you do have one of the Dodge specifically, I’d like to see it. I found that same Chrysler, DeSoto and Imperial diagram, but just wanted to verify Dodge was the same. Again, appreciate your efforts and the information. |

Location: So. Cal | It is the exact same picture, except with the words Dodge dual rocker underneath it in the description. Nothing different at all. |
