Turns out the Old (Chevy and Ford) Car Centre had very good stuff and cheaper than what I paid yesterday.

I got one stick of the wider channel with the chrome (stainless) edges for the rear vertical and upper horizontal piece (one piece, bent) . It was called ZRC-528 and was $40 for the 8 ft section. Measured the old one and it was a tad over 48" so the one stick will do two front doors for that piece.

The other stick is a Y-614 "Rigid Vent Channel" and it fits inside the vertical frame that extends down from the rear of the vent window. The length looks to be 29" so 8 ft might do three doors. $32 for the 8ft stick. It has stainless edges

I got two kinds of cat's whisker when I returned the first channels I got. One of the whiskers has stainless edges so I will like use it. I think $25 for the 8ft stick. Should do two doors at least.

I pop-rivetted the rigid channel into the fixed vent window channels.
