This image is in “Chrysler and Imperial: The Postwar Years” by Richard M. Langworth. He states Highlander trim was also available in 1962. I believe I’ve seen one or heard that before.

Also, in Appendix II of the Langworth book I referenced above “Chrysler & Imperial Production Figures, 1946-1975” it states under “Supplemental Production Figures” that 1961 Newport figures include 4,953 Highlander trim models, and 1962 Newport includes 5,902 Highlander trim models. The appendices are written by Jeffrey I. Godshall.
