Here is a picture of the sway bar on my '60 New Yorker. Not sure this is giving you the info you are asking for. I was disappointed that it is only 3/4" diameter. That's pretty small, the same size as a standard bar on a '56 Savoy.

NY should be 7/8". Plymouths got the 3/4". If it's the latter, don't waste your time on it. I didn't notice a difference. Thats why I had one fabricated for my car. Also a different more efficient Design, with the frame brackets way more outboard. I'm running a 3/4" bar at the rear, 1.1/6" or 1.1/8" at the front.

I know it’s an option in parts book for 61 Plymouth.
I just have never seen one on ANY 60-64 short frame car.
Just the big frame NY/300 long frames.
Was looking at 61 imperial with sway bar.
Looks like it would work?
Just wondering if anyone here has tried it?
Looks like I would have to weld on brackets.
I understand that factory sway bar small frame
60-64s are rivet on ? But I have not seen one yet.

Not positive but I think the 60-61 Plymouth wagons came with a front sway bar which would most likely be 3/4"
