I don't think it does...the big difference between the '57 and '58 was the lower grille, and this has the late-'57 lower grille with the extra dividers.  The upper '58 grille would have larger cut-outs for the quad headlamps too, and this does not appear to have that problem.

Something is amiss with the antenna.  Either the radio antenna is broken off, aftermarket, or a rare power antenna.
