All 1955 and 1956 Chryslers and Imperials have the same horn ring. They
also all break in the same place. I have seen some crude repairs, but
that is better than having a broken one. Finding a good one isn't easy.
The Early 300 guys created a big demand and a big price. If you try the
usual sources such as J.C. Auto and Gary Goers, you may find one, but
it will be expensive. I am surprised that they were not reproduced for
the 300 crowd, but then again, the number of cars is very limited, so
the market might not be strong enough. I have good ones in both my '55
and '56, with one spare that I won't sell.

Ok guys I did it. While trying to fix the cracked horn ring I broke it
off the other side. The parts places I have emailed haven't replied to
me yet so I was wondering if anyone here has the horn ring or any other
parts for sale. Also what other years would work for my car.
would part #2530268 be the same or useable for me? Thanks for any
help. Jack in Michigan
