Hi Greg.
I am restoring a 68 Imperial convertible also.
I had to cut up a 2 door hard top for my sheet metal.
I had to replace both rear quarters and the trunk floor and the trunk lid
and both front doors.
You might have to find a 67 car for your restoration.
I think everything but the front fenders will fit from a 68 not sure though.
