Here's a pic of the Volvo Amazon. Maybe someone can find similarities to 1955 Imperial?

IMHO, I would rather be driving 1955 Imperial:)

Don't know about Saabs, but the Volvo 122 (1956-1970) was a miniaturized 55
Imperial, in terms of styling. That Volvo model was the most succesful
Sewidish car of the 60's, in terms of sales.
