Larry, NAPA will rebuild your gearbox for around $300. There may be other sources, but I've always used NAPA. These are very tricky to re-assemble, and I don't recommend trying to do it yourself, with the one exception that you can replace the o-rings in the input shaft fairly easily, but you need to be VERY careful that you don't get any further into the box. Don't ask how I know that! There may be a kit available with the o-rings for the input shaft, from NAPA or a Mopar parts dealer. However, the o-rings are available from most hardware stores, just be sure to use the ones made from the right stuff for petroleum products. My comments apply to the Saginaw box used on tilt wheel cars. I know nothing about the Mopar boxes used on cars without tilt-o-scope. Our 67 Crown is starting to leak at the input shaft.
