Ken, the part number is 2536 926, probably the same for 68, but no guarantee!

The PCV valve itself is 2808 622, and this valve is used on all Mopars in 1967, probably for many other years also, 62 and up (61 in CA).

 

I’ve taken the liberty of posting this to the rest of the group also, as there has been some discussion of these parts lately.
