Tony, 

You might want to pick a date/place and announce it so
that it becomes a yes/no proposition that is easy to
digest.

There is an EVNENTS page on the club website.  I did
the following and asked the club volunteers to post it
and got great results (they did the maps and links and
everything!).  It's nice to have the info where people
can go back for reference at the last minute or
stumble across it.

Anyone wishing to post such an event (theirs or
something they hear about) is encouraged to punch the
CONTACT US buttons that are located all over the club
website and write us with as much detail and driving
directions as you can.
