Also please note, aesthetically, that the nylon gears did what they were
intended to do -- they reduced engine noise. Different gear = more noise.
You may want to consider putting nylon gear replacement on your 60,000-mile
maintenance schedule or it will almost certainly go on your unscheduled
maintenance schedule.

One caveat regarding the use of the 3 bolt timing set, unless you really
want to replace the cam and lifters, you wont be able to use the 3 bolt cam
gear on the single bolt cam. You can get a double row timing set such as a
Cloyes brand, or any other for that matter, in a single bolt and it will be
plenty strong and long lasting for years to go.
