I have a copy of Richard M. Langworth's "Chrysler & Imperial : The Postwar Cars". Appendix II of this publication lists production figures of Chryslers and Imperials from 1946 to 1975. Under the 1946-48 section, the C38W Windsor traveler sedan is listed with production of 4,182 units. Not a very common car while the regular 4-door sedan saw production of 161,139 units.
