IML: 57 to 73 interior mass question

As I have not been to any of the meets yet, I have never had the opportunity to have a good sit down in the interior of the five model types between 1957 to 1973 in a line up (I would probably have some sort of mental or physical reaction to the opportunity from the sheer joy now that I think of it).

Last night my buddy and myself were dribbling over photos and ads of the fore mentioned and wondered if any one out there has had the opportunity to do so and if there were opinions to this. We were looking for primarily
1. spaciousness
2. leg room
and
3. comfort

This is taking in to consideration variables such as the seat height effecting leg room (if your butt is higher off the floor your legs don't have to stretch out so far in front of you). Back seat thickness and forward lean or over hang.

I also want to take this in to consideration since Im going to be in the market next year for another Imperial

I have left the -56 models out because I believe they are in a class of there own and the post 73 models .....well.........never did appeal to me, although I'd never kick one out of my driveway.
