ted, if this is a rear wheel drive vehicle, dexron or dexron 3 will work fine. mopar 7176(atf+3) will not be of any advantage.
i asked this question to my transmission repair man about my
77 trailduster with a 727 3 speed and thats what he told me.
we've been doing business with him for 25 years.
he's very knowledgeable on trannys.
