If I would live closer I would buy you a beer for this. This is just the information I was looking for!  The correct year was 1962 , but drive shafts lenght in 57 Imperials same as in 1962 so I think it doesn't matter.
I wonder if I should replace leaf springs first, because the cars height is not what it was when it left the factory with old and worn springs..

While you're in there, you might want to scan the

illustrations are hilarious, and if you go into the
early stuff there are some really un-"PC"
illustrations that made me gasp, laugh, and feel
