Clay -- yes, this is the '71 Imperial that Kerry and I
repainted in 2000--full story at

I still have this Imperial (I've owned it for 17 years
as of this month, which is over half my life, so I
can't imagine ever getting rid of it).  The paint
still looks great!  I generally wax it about twice a
year, and that's about it as far as maintenance for
the paint goes.  There are some pictures from as
