I am pretty sure the answer is no. C bodies front brakes were all interchangeable from 1966 through 1973.

If there is, it would be a very involved and expensive task with little to no benefit. When functioning properly, the brakes on a 1966 Imperial are about the biggest and best drum brakes put on an American automobile. If the factory brakes don't feel right, they need to be serviced.
