The 1960-1962 Valiant and 1961-1962 Lancer body was originally X. The
1960-1961 Plymouth, Dart, Dodge, DeSoto and Chrysler were supposedly A
bodies, but somewhere around 1962 or 1963 the body became C. Thus the
1962-1964 Chrysler and Dodge 880 could be called C, or at least pre-C.

Subject: IML: body identification
Here's a question that may sound stupid but are all Imperials considered "C"
bodies?
Could someone give a quick breakdown of how/what the "A", "B", "C" etc are?
Thanks
