I've had two '67 Imperials, niether of which had a PVC
connection to the air cleaner cover.  I think that
must have been a CAP thing...however, every '68
snorkel I have seen had the little elbow jutting out
of the cover, so maybe it was a matter of it being
introduced in Calif and spreading nationwide a year
later (I think '68 was the first year for nationwide
emissions, though I could be mistaken)  One of my '67s
was an east coast car and the other (currently still
have it) is a TX car.
