I know I'm a little late jumping in on this, but I think we should be careful about judging others taste as tacky. Remember, we are the people driving the cars with tailfins, square steering wheels, gun-sight taillights, free-standing headlamps, "toilet-seat" flightsweep decklids, bustle backs and fuzzy carpeting. Plenty of people find our taste "tacky." Be an individual, just think long and hard about any changes that can't be returned to stock.
