I believe that you can take a hose into a specialty hose shop and have them make a new one using the existing fittings if they are in acceptable condition.

Can anyone help me locate a brake hose for my 74 Imperial.  My mechanic is going through the car I just bought and is having an impossible time finding the rear brake hose from body to differential.  If anyone knows where I can locate one I would greatly appreciate it.  I am in Southern California.
