I think you will have better luck selling it without the engine and transmission. If you modify it to put in an incorrect engine and transmission, I don’t think anyone in this group would be interested in it at any price. Maybe others on the list will feel different about it, I speak only for myself.

2 1/2 years ago i bought a 1954 chrysler town limo i might be incorrect in the naming and i apologize for that anyway i bought it without the engine and only the tranni the the engine had been removed to be use in a drag car it has had only one previous owner who had sold it after searching 7 years to find the chrome moldings for it for the passenger side front and back doors since i bought it i have removed the hood wire brushed and repainted the entire engine compartment and painted the chassis all that is needed is an engine althouth in the next month i will be placing a chevy 350 4 bolt main in it what i need to know is a reasonable asking price and also if theres anyone her who would be interested in it i am selling it in hopes of raising $2000 to buy a 47 dodge fastback
