RE: IML: Seatbelts needed for 61

I got belts for my '60 from Bob H. (http://www.imperialclub.org/Part/Yards/index.htm) - other salvage yards might have them also. I think the buckles interchange from at least 1960 thru 1962, check the part numbers. The belt fabric I got from Bob cleaned up nicely and is fine for a daily driver.

I've installed the rear belts but haven't tackled getting the fronts located in the car yet.

My 61 never came with seatbelts. I would really like to find an original set. I imagine a 62 or 63 parts car could have the correct buckles.
