IML: 1978 NYB TOO RICH

1978 NYB
The carb is dumping too much gas, it is missing, bogs
down, and the plugs are gas fouled. Is it the carb and
if so what is to be done about it. Everybody I talk to
is scared to death by this carb. Could it be something
else?
