My (dare I say it) '75 Lincoln Mark IV has three horns but they are all standard type horns, not the trumpet though a 4th was optional - not sure what it was.  However, my '66 Cadillac convert has a trumpet for a third horn.

My 59 Crown has all three as well.  Was this standard on Imperial?  I don't ever remember ever seeing any other american car with more than 2.
