IML: A-arm Bushings and Torsion Bar Adjustment

I'm not a suspension wiz but could there be a firming, or pretensioning of
the torsion bars with a higher ride height?
It's been noted before that in the Mannix TV series of the 1960's, Mannix's
Dodge Dart GT always sat on the high side in front. They did a lot of
performance stunt driving with that car as I recall.
