Hi Eric,I am not a suspension pro too, but I think you are right here. To force the frontend up higher by rotating the adjusters on the T-Bars there must be some kind of prentension I guess to prevent that the car sits low.
But I am sure there are some suspension experts on the list that can shine a light on this subject.
Anyone? Thanks, Rob----- Original Message ----- From: "Eric" <gearhead@xxxxxxxxxxx>

I'm not a suspension wiz but could there be a firming, or pretensioning of the torsion bars with a higher ride height? It's been noted before that in the Mannix TV series of the 1960's, Mannix's Dodge Dart GT always sat on the high side in front. They did a lot of performance stunt driving with that car as I recall.Eric 1964 Crown Coupe __________________________________________________________________The straight line stability is much better then before (and I always thoughtthat a lowered car has a better handling ----------------- http://www.imperialclub.com -----------------This message was sent to you by the Imperial Mailing List.
