1966 Imperial LeBaron Limo

Hello Mike,

You do have a very rare car if you own a 1966 Imperial Limousine.  There were only 10 Spanish Ghia Limousines built in 1966.  The Spanish Ghias, in body configuration, were the same as the Ghias built in Italy in 1964 and 1965.  However, I did not think any of them had made there way to the United States but, some of them may have been brought over by privet owners in later years.  It may well be that the car you own is a '64 or '65 Imperial with a '66 grill in it.  I know of at least one '64 Ghia Limousine that the original owner had the later grill '66 installed to keep the model current.

I own a '64 Ghia Limousine and would be very interested in comparing notes with you about your '66 Limousine.

My email address is: soule@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Thanks,
Robert

I own one of these cars. I have been told that there was only a very limited number of these cars made. I have also been told that this car may have been manufactured in Spain. The only other car like this I have seen was at the museum in the Imperial Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada. If anyone has any information I would love to hear from you.  Thanks, Mike
