re 81 fuel flow meter / Carburetor Retrofit Manual

Can anyone help me locate a fuel flow meter part number
4222798?  Preferably NOS.  This is for an '81-2-3 with
factory/dealer carburetor retrofit.  Local Dodge dealer
computer shows none at U.S. and Canadian dealers.
