Brake Shoe to Drum Clearance, Was M/C Cap-55 Imp

      If memory serves me right ( and it fails, the older I get!) the
the bolt which holds the brake cylinders on, are excentric.
     If not installed correctly, the heel & toe clearances may be
disturbed, causing interference between the shoe & drum.
     Correct me if I'm wrong. (Privately :)
