Yellow Walls

I have had the same problem as you describe with your Dimension IV's. The 
difference is that I have had this problem with both the Arriva's and the 
Firestone 721's that I still have on some of my cars as well as the Dimension 
IV's. I am not sure what causes it, but after the car has been sitting for a 
while, the white wall turns brownish and starts from the outside edge and works 
its way inward. On the Dimension IV's I have been able to clean it off with 
Brillo Pads and Wesley's Whitewall cleaner. The others have taken more effort. 
One of the Arriva's on my '65 Crown has never been very white again, but that 
may be because the car sits around a lot, and I don't wash the tires as often 
as some of the cars that I drive regularly. Bottom line, if you clean them 
before the discoloration is there for too long, they will clean up like new. It 
seems that the condition may become permanent if it remains that way for a long 
period. I really don't know what causes it, but it is not unique to Dimension 
IV tires.
