My point is simply that you
are looking at Ebay for comparison. You have no knowledge of what goes on
under the radar. The wrong dash -- so what. The wrong front bumper -- so what.
What is important is that any 31 Imperial open car has intrinsic value
far beyond what any non-owner could possibly understand. I know of cars where
in excess of $300,000 has been spent on the restoration... I learned
long, long ago to never have an opinion on what I didn't know. This, I
know!
