Seat Belts

1966 was the first year that they were Federally mandated.  65’s were often dealer modified to meet this.

Got another question for the imperial experts in the Mailing list:  What year did Seat Belts become standard equipment?  My '56 has them, but my '62 does not?  When were they standard on all Imperials?
