Bill, the part I have not figured out about the stageways is the following. The
67/68's have a continuous straight lines that are tapered down at the rear,
both in width and height. If you cut this geometry in half and add 2-3 feet in
the middle, you will end up with a non-coninuous contour. This would be more
evident as you look at the car from the front or back at the tip of the fender
or bumperette.
Were these cars really like that or did they manage to mask this down, somehow?
