[FWDLK] Seat Belts for my 55

Now that the Belvedere is road-worthy, I am ready to haul the family around
on occasion.  I have two small children still in booster seats and would
like to add lap belts to the back seat.  Is there a good source for a
ready-to-bolt-on system or do you just have to 'rig' your own?  Also, my
back seat just lifts right out and I assume it would fly forward in the
event of a collision.  Is there some means or brackets to secure it to the
floor as well?
