Hey John,
The '59 Plymouth 361 used a Carter AFB four barrel carb, don't have the
number handy though.  A 305 hp engine, called the "395" for its torque
rating.  A real mover, a neighborhood friend of mine bought a '59 Sport Fury
new and won numerous trophies running NSX (single carbureted super stock
automatic) class at Half Moon Bay, Cotati and Fremont dragstrips in the San
Francisco bay area - we lived at those strips in '59 - '61.
