Hey guys,
I may be putting my car up for sale here..I love her and all but man this is
an expensive hobby and the lil woman is startin to act funny. I replaced
just about everything on the car and she runs very well. I will be straight
up and let you know that she has one or two very small problems............
1) the horn/ right turn signal (1st all its all one piece, oh by the way its
not broken , is a new part , and its just out of place, they tend to slip
somehow) is in need of repair (a 15 minute at most job)
2) Though I just had the transmission rebuilt a year ago for some reason
when I put her in reverse she sort of does a quick lunge...............I
just had a new 4 barrell Holley put on her so that may have something to do
with it......Im sure its minor
She is in great condition...I love this car.....she runs like a stripped ape
I am asking a solid $7,500 for her at this time......Ive put alot of work
and $ into her to get her right..........most everything has been replaced
and or upgraded if the piece want availiable.....a real daily driver
Oh and I also have any and all old parts from her if someone wishes to
restore those as well.
She only has a documented 43,000 on her...........this documented by
reciepts and the like.....most every nut, screw, paint ect and every penny
spent on her is here and documented in a vanilla envelope so Im sure about
the millage. I myself have been keeping the oil changed every 3,000
My mechanic says the engine is in tip top shape.
She has a nice stereo installed in her as a bonus.......
The engine is flawless.....and most all of the electrical stuff has been
replaced ..........heater ect................generator................. new
radiator core
The fuel system has also mostly all been redone as well............
in other words this car needs very few minor repairs and is very road worthy
She is gold in color with white top.............................I do have a
photo or two if requested...oh and she is a garaged car...not much rust at
all......honest engine.
she is missing a front valence.........(had a hard time finding one of those
in good shape)..thats that little sliver of metal under the front bumper,
you almost dont know its missing unless you know the car...like we all do,
grill is in nice shape Other than what I have mentioned she is rock solid..
Oh yeah she has front seat belts installed as well.........new interior
top...........seats redone..............oh yeah another bonus.........dice
on the wheels..origional hubcaps...3 caps in excellent shape..one in pretty
damn good
She is nice..........Im in the NC area......................I really hate to
be having to let her go...........but with my other hobby.....buying used
analog synthesisers Im a bit in over my head marrige
wise..............lol...................dont be suprised if I decide to keep
her............the car guys...not the wife...........some day Im gonna send
her right to the moon...lol.........................till then...........ric
