Guys, My suggestion for a meeting place is underneath the ramp that goes to the second floor of the racetrack stadium, at the south side of the stadium. This is a large and centrally located landmark. If it rains, it is protected and inside the building there are lots of vendors. Saturday at noon. I will be wearing my straw "swap meet" hat with a 56 D500 flag pinned on it. With 11,000 cars, the logistics of sorting to park by make/year and voting for trophies is next to impossible. Cars 1964 and earlier only. Check out www.MSRA.com for details. The dates are 22 - 24 June, 8 a.m. to midnight (Fri and Sat), Sunday has a swap meet, but fewer cars. There is no car registration at the show, check the web site for details and registration site location. The Minnesota Fairgrounds are great for this event. Paved/curbed streets and lots of mature trees for shade. Just like a city residential area. Check out the pics on the web site. Please let us know a place where we Forward Lookers can meet, and when. Do they separate cars at the show by make? Also, what days/times is the show?
