I am replacing the antenna on DeSoto and there is a
problem in removing the old rubber gasket. I heated it with a hair dryer
with helped me remove most of it. There is still a thin layer that I have
not been able to remove. Some is outside the area to be covered by the new
gasket and some will not let the new gasket lay flat.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
