How about this one. I had my 1955 Dodge entered in the Cavalcade of Customs, It's a very large indoor auto expo, but there were a few original cars in this Convertion Center full of customs, and I was one of those. This young boy came up to me, in the midst of all these triple chrome plated pieces of rolling furniture. I would guess him to be eight or nine years old. He said, "Mister, is this your car".? I said," yes it is.". He said " That is the most beautiful car I have ever seen in my whole life. " Can I have your autograph, on my program? I said sure, and was feeling pretty proud, and enjoying the experience, when the child said, "DID YOU BUY IT NEW? I was 8 years old in 1955. That, brought me back to earth. I will never forget the experience, it was neat.
