[FWDLK] Lifting the body

Dear forward lookers,

I'm now ready to separate the body from the frame in order to send the body
to a bodyshop for treatment while working on the chassis. Any do's and don't
for that delicate operation ? What's your experience on lifting the body off
the frame ? Where should I take my lifting points ?
