Ditto on the $1200 being HIGH!!!

The guy that redid my boys 727 here in the Indy area was the tranny/
rear end specialist for one of the dealerships here for many years.
He retired early and does trannys on the side from his home shop.
I would put his work up against anyone out there for quality and
skills.  He redid the boys tranny with the "good parts" and some
"trick parts" for only $540.oo. Of course we carried the tranny
to him.

Kid was told that it should do for him a LONG time.
