[FWDLK] How screwed am I?

I see that the flange holding my exhaust manifold to the engine block is
cracked, right behind the bolt.  There is black soot in and on the outside
of the crack, as well as on the bolt, so I assume exhaust is seeping out.
There is soot in my exhaust pipe, too, because my carb is out of adjustment.
Is the manifold problem repairable? How screwed am I?
