Hi Bryan, I just read your post...you ought to have more than one bolt holding the exhaust manifold on... I drove my 59 Fireflite with a cracked exhaust for about a year...when it warmed up, the manifold expanded, the crack would close up, and the noise would abate. You can take the manifold to a qualified welder and have it fixed, of you can look for a replacement in a junkyard...
