btw, Shawn Cripe brings up an interesting 'point' ; years ago, SMS sent
me a small sample ofthe   "57 CRL" cloth, called "Staccato" but the
'funny'  thing was/is, that material, in light-  GRAY-cloth (with black
'hounds-tooth'  specs) was never produced,  to my (admittedly-limited)
knowledge. Does anyone happen to know how/why SMS produced light-gray
CRL cloth
(blue, green, and black were 'standard' colors).

If you didn't see his memo, SMS mistakenly sent him, for Xmas, the
light-grey CRL cloth, instead of the black Royal "Linear Lucidity"
pattern , but, they immediately exchanged the correct cloth for the
other-stuff.
